Sahti (“صحتي”, “we”, “us”) helps you search for medicines, see which nearby pharmacies in Kirkuk have them available, and reserve them for pickup. The licensed pharmacist always dispenses — we never provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your choices. It applies to the sahti.app website, the installable web app, and the Sahti Android app (which displays the same website).
What we collect
- Account details. Your name, phone number, and a password (stored only as a secure hash). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. If you use email sign-in, we store that email address.
- Reservations. The medicine you reserve, the pharmacy, your name and contact phone, and the reservation’s status history (created, accepted, picked up, expired, and so on).
- Prescription photos. Only if you upload one for a prescription-medicine reservation. It is stored in secure private storage and shown only to the pharmacy that must verify it.
- Notifications. If you opt in to push notifications, we store the push subscription (a device token — not your contacts or messages).
- Search queries. We log what was searched and whether results were found, to improve the medicine catalog and coverage.
- Technical & security logs. Standard server logs and audit logs of pharmacy/admin actions, used to keep the service secure and reliable.
What we do NOT collect
- No device location (GPS). Nearby results are calculated from a central Kirkuk reference point — the app does not access your device’s location.
- No payment card data. You never pay through the app; payment happens at the pharmacy.
- No medical profiles. We do not build health profiles, and we store no medical data beyond what is needed to fulfil the reservation you asked for.
How we use your data
Only to run the service: match your search to pharmacy availability, deliver your reservation to the pharmacy, notify you of its status, verify prescriptions where legally required, prevent abuse, and improve the catalog. We do not sell your data, we show no third-party ads, and we send no marketing notifications.
Who sees your data
- The pharmacy you reserve at sees your reservation: your name, contact phone, the medicine, and the prescription photo if you uploaded one.
- Service providers that host the platform: website hosting, API hosting, private file storage, and — if you use them — Google sign-in and your device’s push-notification service (push payloads are end-to-end encrypted).
- No one else. We never sell or rent personal data.
Retention & your rights
Push subscriptions tied to a single reservation are deleted automatically shortly after the reservation ends. You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete your account and its data by contacting ibrahimadnan040@gmail.com. We keep the minimum records needed for security auditing and legal compliance.
Security
All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored only as secure hashes. Prescription files live in private storage accessible only to authorized parties. Pharmacy and admin actions are audit-logged.
Children
Sahti is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

«صحتي» منصة تساعدك على البحث عن الأدوية ومعرفة الصيدليات القريبة في كركوك التي يتوفر لديها الدواء، وحجزه للاستلام. الصيدلاني المرخّص هو من يصرف الدواء دائمًا — نحن لا نقدم أي نصيحة طبية أو تشخيص أو توصية علاجية. توضح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه من بيانات، ولماذا، وما خياراتك. وتنطبق على موقع sahti.app وتطبيق الويب القابل للتثبيت وتطبيق أندرويد (الذي يعرض الموقع نفسه).
ما الذي نجمعه
- بيانات الحساب. الاسم ورقم الهاتف وكلمة مرور (تُخزَّن بصيغة مشفّرة غير قابلة للاسترجاع). عند تسجيل الدخول عبر Google نستلم اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني من Google. وإذا استخدمت الدخول عبر البريد الإلكتروني نخزّن ذلك البريد.
- الحجوزات. الدواء المحجوز، والصيدلية، واسمك ورقم هاتفك للتواصل، وسجلّ حالة الحجز (أُنشئ، قُبل، استُلم، انتهت صلاحيته، وهكذا).
- صور الوصفات الطبية. فقط إذا رفعتَ صورة وصفة لحجز دواء يتطلب وصفة. تُحفَظ في تخزين خاص وآمن ولا تُعرَض إلا للصيدلية التي يجب أن تتحقق منها.
- الإشعارات. إذا فعّلت إشعارات الدفع نخزّن اشتراك الإشعارات (رمز الجهاز فقط — لا جهات اتصالك ولا رسائلك).
- عمليات البحث. نسجّل ما جرى البحث عنه وهل ظهرت نتائج، لتحسين فهرس الأدوية والتغطية.
- سجلات تقنية وأمنية. سجلات الخادم المعتادة وسجلات تدقيق لإجراءات الصيدليات والمشرفين، للحفاظ على أمان الخدمة وموثوقيتها.
ما الذي لا نجمعه
- لا نجمع موقع جهازك (GPS). تُحسب النتائج القريبة من نقطة مرجعية في مركز كركوك — التطبيق لا يصل إلى موقع جهازك.
- لا بيانات بطاقات دفع. لا تدفع أبدًا عبر التطبيق؛ الدفع يتم في الصيدلية.
- لا ملفات طبية شخصية. لا نبني ملفات صحية عنك، ولا نخزّن أي بيانات طبية تتجاوز ما يلزم لإتمام الحجز الذي طلبته.
كيف نستخدم بياناتك
لتشغيل الخدمة فقط: مطابقة بحثك مع توفر الأدوية في الصيدليات، وإيصال حجزك إلى الصيدلية، وإشعارك بحالته، والتحقق من الوصفات حيث يقتضي القانون، ومنع إساءة الاستخدام، وتحسين الفهرس. لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نعرض إعلانات لجهات خارجية، ولا نرسل إشعارات تسويقية.
من يطّلع على بياناتك
- الصيدلية التي تحجز لديها ترى حجزك: اسمك ورقم هاتفك والدواء وصورة الوصفة إن رفعتها.
- مزوّدو الخدمة الذين يستضيفون المنصة: استضافة الموقع، واستضافة الواجهة البرمجية، والتخزين الخاص للملفات، وكذلك — إن استخدمتها — خدمة تسجيل الدخول عبر Google وخدمة إشعارات جهازك (محتوى الإشعارات مشفّر من طرف إلى طرف).
- لا أحد غير ذلك. لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية ولا نؤجّرها أبدًا.
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحقوقك
اشتراكات الإشعارات المرتبطة بحجز واحد تُحذف تلقائيًا بعد انتهاء الحجز بفترة قصيرة. يمكنك في أي وقت طلب الاطلاع على بيانات حسابك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها بمراسلتنا على ibrahimadnan040@gmail.com. نحتفظ بالحد الأدنى من السجلات اللازمة للتدقيق الأمني والالتزام القانوني.
الأمان
كل الاتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS). كلمات المرور تُخزَّن بصيغة مشفّرة غير قابلة للاسترجاع. ملفات الوصفات محفوظة في تخزين خاص لا يصل إليه إلا المخوَّلون. إجراءات الصيدليات والمشرفين مسجّلة في سجلات تدقيق.
الأطفال
«صحتي» ليست موجهة للأطفال دون 13 عامًا ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.
